PRODUCT INFORMATION

This product is made by hand in Portland, OR. We celebrate the variations that are inherent to handmade items.

Due to the nature and one of a kind quality of the pieces, they may vary slightly as each is a unique piece of art, the piece you receive might not be an exact replica of the piece depicted, but will be similar in style and proportions.

SHIPPING 

All items are in stock, unless noted otherwise, and ready to ship. Orders are processed and mailed within one week of receiving payment. If you have special shipping requests or would like to place an international order outside of what we currently offer please send an e-mail to sarahvgraves@gmail.com to discuss product availability and shipping options.

Made to order & preorder items may take up to 12 weeks to be created and shipped out.

Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS within the US it is expected to arrive 7-10 days after shipping, though delivery dates are not guaranteed. International orders may take longer, please consider this when ordering.

International orders made be subject to duties and fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.

RETURNS

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final and we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sarahvgraves@gmail.com

CARE

Vessels and objects are made of a durable stoneware or porcelain, though each is still susceptible to breakage if mishandled.

If you need to clean any of your pieces, we recommend hand washing with a clear soap. Dishware is dishwasher safe.
